The video shows the effects, not the reasons of the real causes:
0. They got used to dual-boxing permamently and lost their fighting effectiveness.
1. They got zerged.
2. Their tactics of "fight everyone" turned more people against them than they could fight, even though they were recruiting and had a lot of spare equipment.
3. They had active informators from clans that attacked them running in their parties.
4. They didn't have just one strong common enemy which united them but had many enemies at once and it simply put pressure on them as players, which caused them to loose the unity they might have had earlier and so they lost the ability to quickly react with matched pvp parties.
5.Thus, being quite torn apart inside an one, big clan which is under attack stopped being really fun so they split out into groups that stick together within. Imo there are 3 or 4 groups and each is in different clan now.

I have to agree with ILostMyBrain. It is easy to get fully buffed and for a short time hunt some ppl that have farm setup, maybe not even CP pots on action bar, who (due to not many ppl on server) struggle with boxes.
One pvp party vs 1 pvp party would be more decent. Hunting unprepared people can hardly be called pvp (eg: having to carry few cp pots to have room for spirit ore for pow/cov).
If mpefista believes this is pvp, bless him.
